At Wright Abshire, Attorneys, the entire focus of our legal practice is on elder law — the wide range of legal issues that are important to elderly people and their families.
Much of our work revolves around estate planning, asset protection and Medicaid eligibility. Our goal is to show our clients how they can attain Medicaid eligibility without losing a lifetime's worth of savings.
Our law firm offers a range of legal services in addition to Medicaid planning and asset protection work. We invite you to visit our law firm's main Web site, at www.wrightabshire.com, for more information.
Certified Elder Law Attorneys
Few Medicaid planning law firms can boast as high a concentration of certified elder law attorneys as Wright Abshire.
Firm partners Wesley Wright and Molly Abshire are both certified elder law attorneys (CELAs) by the National Elder Law Foundation. Mr. Wright is also Board Certified in Estate Planning and Probate Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization and is a member of the Special Needs Alliance (SNA), an invitation-only national organization committed to helping people who have family members with special needs.
We also employ three associate attorneys, each of whom also focuses their entire practice on legal issues relevant to older people: Joy Eckelkamp-Torres, who was selected for inclusion in Super Lawyers: Rising Stars Edition 2008, Kelley M. Bentley and Lance McLain.
Client Satisfaction Is Our Main Priority
Our goal is to solve our clients' problems efficiently and effectively, whether the goal is Medicaid eligibility or the set-up of a special needs trust.
To make sure that we continue to provide high-quality services to our clients, we send out a client satisfaction survey at the end of each case. We continually use the feedback we receive to improve the quality of services we provide.
